Paper-cut is a very distinctive visual art of Chinese handicrafts. The kind of art went after the invention of paper in Han Dynasty, once became one of the main forms of arts, and was popular to the people of the time. When I was a child, my aunt taught me how to make a paper cut. No doubt that art comes from life and serves life. The bright colors of red paper-cuts provide a strong foil to set off a merry atmosphere. So they are often found in wedding ceremonies or festivals in China. I am so proud of my country people, because they always make the amazing art just with some simple tools.
